Job summary

Auto Club Of Southern Calif is seeking a Life Sales Agent to join a fast-paced, member-focused team. You’ll leverage our AAA products, century-long reputation, and warm leads to help members secure life insurance with exceptional service.

Starting at $28.85 per hour, full-time agents who meet goals can earn between $86,200 and $105,300 per year, with uncapped commissions, paid training and licensing, and strong incentives in a stable organization of 120 years.

Qualifications

• Be an effective communicator both written and verbal.
• Have computer experience and good organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business.
• Sales experience highly preferred.
• High School Diploma required, College Degree a plus.
• Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License.
• Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals.
• Prior insurance industry experience is not required, but a plus.
• Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Making daily warm sales calls from our large membership database.
• Engaging with members walking into the branches to discuss AAA Life Insurance products.
• Identifying the financial needs of our members and translating the importance and benefits of Life insurance products.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention.

Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $28.85. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $86,200 - $105,300 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
