The Automobile Club of Southern California is seeking a Life Sales Agent in El Monte, CA to leverage warm leads and our membership base. You will identify insurance needs, explain product benefits, and deliver exceptional service to members.

This role offers paid training/licensing, competitive compensation with uncapped commissions, and a path to professional growth within a 120-year organization.

Qualifications

• Be an effective communicator both written and verbal.
• Have computer experience and good organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business.
• Sales experience highly preferred.
• High School Diploma required, College Degree a plus.
• Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License.
• Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals.
• Prior insurance industry experience is not required, but a plus.
• Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make daily warm sales calls from our large membership database.
• Engage with members walking into the branches to discuss AAA Life Insurance products.
• Identify the financial needs of our members and translate the benefits of Life insurance products.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention.

Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $28.85. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $86,200 - $105,300 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
