Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking career-minded, service-driven sales professionals in Newport Beach, CA. You will call warm leads and engage members in branches to discuss AAA Life Insurance products.

The role rewards performance with a base hourly rate plus uncapped commissions and strong training support. As a trusted member of our team, you’ll identify customer needs, explain policy benefits, and deliver top-tier service to boost retention.

Qualifications

• Be an effective communicator both written and verbal.
• Have computer experience and good organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business.
• Sales experience highly preferred.
• High School Diploma required, College Degree a plus.
• Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License.
• Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals.
• Prior insurance industry experience is not required, but a plus.
• Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make daily warm sales calls from our large membership database.

Responsibilities include:

• Making daily warm sales calls from our large membership database


• Engaging with members walking into the branches to discuss AAA Life Insurance products


• Identifying the financial needs of our members and translating the importance and benefits of Life insurance products

Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $28.85. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $86,200 - $105,300 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
