ACSC Auto Club Of Southern Calif is seeking a Life Sales Agent in Irvine, CA. You will make warm calls from our member database, assist members at branches with AAA Life Insurance products, and identify financial needs to tailor coverage. Excellent service and retention are essential to success.

Starting at $28.85/hour with uncapped commissions; typical full-time earnings range $86,200–$105,300 annually after training, with comprehensive benefits and licensing support.

Qualifications

• Must communicate well in writing and verbally.
• Proficient with computers and basic office software.
• Self-motivated with a drive to build a profitable business.
• Sales experience is highly preferred.
• HS diploma required; college degree a plus.
• Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License.
• Background, credit and drug screen required.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities include:

Making daily warm sales calls from our large membership database Engaging with members walking into the branches to discuss AAA Life Insurance products Identifying the financial needs of our members and translating the importance and benefits of Life insurance products Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention

Qualifications:

• Be an effective communicator both written and verbal
• Have computer experience and good organizational skills
• Self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business
• Sales experience highly preferred
• High School Diploma required, College Degree a plus
• Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License
• Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals
• Prior insurance industry experience is not required, but a plus.
• Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen
• Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred #LI-JM1

Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $28.85. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $86,200 - $105,300 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
