Responsibilities

• Coordinate operation and maintenance of fire systems including fire alarms, sprinklers and suppression systems, and fire drills; inspect extinguishers.
• Operate and maintain emergency generators; manage logs and testing.
• Maintain and inspect elevators and oversee contracts with service providers.
• Perform generator and safety equipment testing as required.
