The position emphasizes governance of 3rd party apps, server administration, and data integration, with a hybrid work arrangement and ongoing process optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years related work experience with 3+ years leading technical oversight of 3rd party applications including server administration of OS, middleware, firewall rules and network connectivity.
• Experience with server operating systems (Windows Server 2022+, Linux), and databases (SQL Server 2019+ and Oracle 19c).
• Basic proficiency with programming languages SQL and PowerShell used to develop automation scripts and routine tasks.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and remediation of vulnerabilities identified through monitoring and alerts.
• Experience managing application integrations using ODBC, SDK and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Provide server-level administration for applications in production and test environments, including monitoring, configuration and access control.
• Test OS and SQL patching in coordination with IT partners; remediate vulnerabilities.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, logs, and integrity across facilities platforms.
• Lead project onboarding, upgrades, and enhancements; document functional requirements and scalable solutions.
• Coordinate with IT and external vendors to ensure cohesive solution design and change management.
