Job summary

CamNet Inc. is seeking an Experienced Electrical & Life-Safety Systems Technician to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. You will install, test, and maintain life-safety and low/high-voltage systems on diverse sites, reading complex plans and coordinating with project leads.

The role requires traveling as needed, strong communication, and professionalism to represent CamNet well onsite. OSHA 10 preferred; BICSI certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting site plans and diagrams.
• Experience with life-safety and low/high-voltage systems preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work in construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Reading and interpreting site plans, construction drawings, and system diagrams.
• Installing, testing, servicing, and maintaining low/high-voltage and life-safety systems.
• Pulling and terminating copper and fiber cabling.
• Installing cable pathways, racks, and equipment.
• Installing wireless access points, cameras, access control, and security systems.
• Identifying and communicating jobsite issues clearly and professionally.
• Completing daily job and project documentation.
• Participating in coordination meetings as needed.
