Western States Fire Protection Company is seeking a Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler Inspector to perform routine inspections, testing, and services of life safety systems. The role requires handling low voltage wiring, and coordinating with project teams to keep projects on track.

The Inspector must understand NFPA codes, possess an NSFM license for Alarm & Sprinkler, and be proficient with Microsoft Office and reporting. A valid driver’s license and willingness to pass screenings are required.

Qualifications

• NSFM license required.
• Strong knowledge of life safety and NFPA codes.
• Experience with alarm panels, devices and critical components.
• Willing to perform testing and maintenance.
• Proficient in documentation and PC/MS Office use.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, testing and services of life safety product lines.
• Handle low voltage wiring and related devices.
• Operate with minimal supervision during inspections.
• Communicate with Project Manager/Schedule Coordinator on delays and status.
• Assist in closeout and turnover of jobs for billing.
