Job summary

ADT Security Services is seeking a Customer Service Inbound Monitoring Representative to handle inbound alarm-related calls and provide basic technical support onsite in Knoxville, TN. After training and one full month in production, a hybrid option may become available with two remote days per week, based on performance and goals.

This role emphasizes life-safety customer service, accurate documentation in alarm screens, and contributing to the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• Technical aptitude and problem solving skills.
• Ability to be licensed in multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls related to alarm events and provide basic technical support.
• Troubleshoot ADT systems and devices to resolve customer issues.
• Verify alarm activity, dispatch authorities, and notify responsible parties as needed.
• Update customer accounts and respond to inquiries about alarm activity.
