Job summary

ADT is seeking a Customer Service Inbound Monitoring Representative for its West Henrietta, NY office. You will handle inbound alarm-related calls and provide basic technical support, validating activity and dispatching authorities when required.

After training, eligibility for a hybrid schedule may be possible with improved performance and program goals. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least one year of customer service experience, and strong technical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience required.
• Technical aptitude, problem solving skills and ability to prioritize multiple items at once.
• Ability to be licensed in multiple states

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls related to alarm events and provide basic technical support.
• Troubleshoot devices across ADT systems and verify alarm activity.
• Dispatch authorities when needed and notify responsible parties.
• Document alarm handling procedures in the alarm screens.
• Explain ADT services to customers and support life-safety goals.
• Participate in coaching and team meetings to grow in the role.
