Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience with Safety System Design.
• Knowledge of IFC, IBC, NFPA101, NFPA 72, and NFPA 70.
• Experience estimating and scheduling mid-to-large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver code-compliant fire and life safety solutions.
• Take ownership as Engineer of Record.
• Interface with clients and local code officials.
• Use AutoCAD and Revit MEP to create 3D BIM models.
