Convergint is seeking a Project Designer to design, engineer and document installed security and life safety solutions within complex projects in a collaborative culture.

You will work with engineers, vendors and AHJ to create engineered drawings (AutoCAD), submittals and O&M manuals, while upholding Convergint standards and project schedules.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, strong communication, and a customer-focused mindset; NICET certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Customer focus, initiative and analytical thinking.

Responsabilités

• Design and document engineered drawings and submittals.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and AHJ.
• Prepare record drawings and O&M manuals.
• Support design standards and project scope revisions.
• Assist with procurement and site surveys.
