TruStage’s Preplanning Solutions team is looking for motivated individuals to join a large implementation of Oracle’s OIPA policy administration system. The OIPA implementation is a multi‑year project and is a foundational component of a strategic transformation of IT systems currently underway.
This expert‑level analyst/designer position analyzes business application needs and designs application systems that are efficient, dependable, maintainable, and consistent with existing standards.
The incumbent works independently with minimal supervision and mentors other staff to improve productivity and provide leadership to the development team.
OIPA experience, including data structure and translation, migration of policy and client data, and management and monitoring.

Base salary range: $108,100.00 – $162,200.00.
