About the Role

We're seeking an emotionally intelligent, proactive, and dependable Lifestyle & Executive Assistant to support a high-performing private investor in managing personal, household, and travel logistics. This isn’t your typical office-based EA role — it’s about helping someone exceptional stay exceptional by creating ease, order, and focus across their life.

Key Responsibilities
Life Management
  • Handle daily errands: groceries, mail, appointments, and dry cleaning
  • Oversee light home upkeep and coordinate routine vendors
  • Support with local bureaucracy (e.g., driver's license, bank account setup)
  • Assist in basic record-keeping for U.S.-based Airbnb properties
  • Manage logistics for travel-related home needs
Executive Support
  • Own and manage personal calendars and appointments
  • Maintain basic expense and vendor spreadsheets
  • Coordinate travel bookings, restaurant reservations, and schedule changes
  • Organize follow-ups and serve as a communication anchor
Travel Logistics
  • Manage monthly travel between Puerto Rico and Miami (approx. 20 days in PR / 10 in Miami)
  • Coordinate logistics while the family is away
  • (Optional) Assist in short-term relocations or travel
What You Bring
  • 2+ years of experience as a personal assistant or in a similar support role
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Proficiency with Google Calendar, WhatsApp, and spreadsheets
  • Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and laptop
  • Comfortable in household settings and with dogs
