Life is Good is seeking a Retail Sales Keyholder in the United States. The role builds on entry-level duties with added responsibility, focusing on delivering excellent guest experiences and maintaining store operations.

You will assist customers, ring up purchases, promote current offers, and help train new staff while supporting managers as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Open and close store, including closing out the register; carry keys; disarm and arm alarm system
• Receive and stock merchandise
• Maintains all areas of the store, including thoughtful merchandising, recovery, and cleaning
• Protect company assets through loss prevention techniques
• Monitor and assist cashiers and other staff as needed
• Assist with training and supporting new employees
• Handle managerial tasks when manager and assistant manager are unavailable.
• Other duties as assigned

Description

The Retail Sales Keyholder is one step up from entry level and performs the same general duties as those of retail staff but possesses a higher level of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist and inform customers
• Accurately ring up purchases
• Maintain awareness of current promotions and advertisements
• Open and close store, including closing out the register; carry keys; disarm and arm alarm system
• Receive and stock merchandise
• Maintains all areas of the store, including thoughtful merchandising, recovery, and cleaning

Expect to lift up to 25 lbs. Some other physical demands can come from continuous cash register work, sales floor work, and events work.
