Job summary

Infosys Consulting is seeking a senior Life Insurance consulting leader to advise executives on business and IT strategy and to drive digital transformation programs, platform modernization, and AI initiatives across the Life Insurance value chain.

The role emphasizes client relationship development, high-quality deliverables, and mentoring junior consultants while navigating a global delivery model and agile/hybrid methodologies.

Travel to client sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience with a Life insurer or comparable consulting services.
• Candidates authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship; Infosys cannot sponsor.
• Strategic mindset and the ability to collaborate with other team members.
• Multitask, engage with stakeholders, plan effectively, and achieve operational goals.
• Excellent relationship-building abilities.
• Experience collaborating with resources in global delivery model.
• Experience in Agile and/or hybrid methodologies.
