AAA The Auto Club Group in Chattanooga is seeking a full-time Life Insurance Sales Agent. This role includes soliciting and selling Life and Health insurance as well as Annuity products. Successful candidates will have strong knowledge of these products and a minimum of 2 years of related sales experience.

Pay Structure and Incentives

Annual base pay $25,000, overtime eligible. Unlimited leads with no cost. Elevated tiered commissions for the first 12 months. Sign‑on bonus $2,500, paid in installments: $1,000 after 30 days, $1,500 after 90 days. Annual sales incentive trip. Average earnings $75,000–$100,000 base plus commissions.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and sell Life & Health insurance and Annuity products primarily within ACG branch locations.
• Use product knowledge and marketing and sales techniques to achieve sales goals.
• Develop leads and prospects via outbound/inbound calls, mailings, referrals, networking, website, seminars.
• Prepare proposals and close sales of Life, Health, Annuity, Membership, and financial services products.
• Complete applications, forms and follow internal processing procedures to ensure transactions comply with company policies.
• Collaborate with branch to reach business goals, maximize leads and sales opportunities, and cross‑sell.
• Assist underwriting and brokerage departments to satisfy requirements.
• Respond to customer inquiries and problems using sound sales practices.
• Prepare reports documenting prospecting and sales activities, maintain production standards and persistency levels.

Qualifications

• Valid State Life Sales licenses.
• Ability to take and pass LUTC or CLU coursework.
• Maintain Life and Health licenses required to sell products.
• Valid State driver’s license and qualification to operate a vehicle for travel.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of proven life insurance sales experience, including intangible products.
