Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Direct Sales Agent, you will :

• Make inbound and outbound calls daily to connect with clients.
• Communicate effectively with both internal teams and clients.
• Meet or exceed sales goals to ensure families receive the support they need.
• Understand and promote our company programs with enthusiasm.
• Prepare and submit sales contracts accurately.
• Maintain detailed client records for seamless service.
• Take on additional duties as assigned to support our mission.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have :

• An active Life Insurance License (required).
• Experience in sales is preferred, but not mandatory.
• The ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
• A strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
• The ability to quickly build rapport with clients.
