Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication is essential.
• Self-motivated and committed to building a profitable business.
• Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License.
• Background, credit check and drug screening will be completed.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make daily warm sales calls from a large membership database.
• Engage with members walking into branches to discuss AAA Life Insurance products.
• Identify financial needs of members and translate benefits of life insurance.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention.
