AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking career-minded, service-driven professionals to join our fast-paced team selling AAA Life Insurance products. You’ll engage members with warm leads, build relationships, and translate financial needs into insurance solutions while delivering outstanding service.

We offer uncapped commissions, paid training, and strong benefits within a 120-year-old, nationally recognized organization. A license pathway and ongoing development support are provided.

Qualifications

• Be an effective communicator both written and verbal.
• Have computer experience and good organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business.
• Sales experience highly preferred.
• High School Diploma required, College Degree a plus.
• Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License.
• Competitive sales drive to meet monthly goals.
• Prior insurance experience not required, but a plus.
• Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Making daily warm sales calls from our large membership database.
• Engaging with members walking into the branches to discuss AAA Life Insurance products.
• Identifying the financial needs of our members and translating the importance and benefits of Life insurance products.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention.
