Job summary

AAA Northern New England seeks a Life Sales Agent in the Portland area to join a fast-paced, member-focused team. Leverage AAA products and legendary service to address members’ life-insurance needs and build lasting relationships.

This role offers 100K+ earning potential with uncapped commissions, paid training and licensing, and warm leads provided, within a stable, nationally known organization that celebrates service and growth.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Computer experience and good organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and committed to building a profitable business.
• Sales experience highly preferred.
• High School Diploma required; College Degree a plus.
• Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License.
• Competitive sales drive to meet and exceed goals.
• Prior insurance industry experience is a plus but not required.
• Successful completion of background, credit check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Making daily warm sales calls from our large membership database
• Engaging with members walking into the branches to discuss AAA Life Insurance products
• Identifying the financial needs of our members and translating the importance and benefits of Life insurance products
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention
