What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coach and develop a high-performing team by providing individualized mentorship and performance coaching
- Monitor key sales metrics and customer interactions to identify coaching opportunities and enhance team results
- Ensure Advisors are knowledgeable about life insurance offerings and can effectively communicate their value
- Train Advisors in objection handling, closing strategies, and consultative selling techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on performance goals and process improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a fast-paced inside sales or direct-to-consumer environment
- Strong knowledge of life insurance products to support agents with needs analysis and case design
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through effective coaching and mentorship
- Strong understanding of the sales lifecycle, including consultative selling and objection handling techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to motivate and convey constructive feedback
