About the Role

We provide a flexible, remote work environment suitable for both part-time and full-time applicants. Compensation is uncapped:

• Part-Time: $50,000+ annually
• Full-Time: $125,000+ annually
• Agency Builder: $150,000+ annually

You can choose to sell life insurance, build and own your agency (optional), or do both!

Responsibilities

• Help families secure their financial future with life insurance and wealth products.
• Utilize our value-based, warm lead system—no cold calling required.
• Assist friends and family with their insurance needs.
• Work with top-rated carriers like Mutual of Omaha, Americo, Gerber Life, and others to find the best coverage options.
• Complete applications typically in 15 minutes, with commissions paid as quickly as 24 hours.

Building Your Agency (Optional)

• Build and own your agency with no startup costs.
• Help others succeed and generate passive income.
• Maintain true ownership, with the possibility to pass down your agency.

Day in the Life

• Purchase exclusive warm leads or source clients through your network.
• Contact leads, gather information, and schedule follow-ups.
• Match clients with suitable products from our extensive carrier list.
• Assist clients in applying for their policies during follow-up meetings.

Requirements

• This is a 1099, commission-based position.
• Must be a US citizen and at least 18 years old.
• Licensed or unlicensed applicants are welcome; licensing assistance is provided if needed.
