Responsibilities:
  • Contact warm leads to set appointments
  • Utilize our innovative business model and tools to communicate effectively with clients
  • Meet with clients via phone, Zoom, or face-to-face to present financial plans and assist in choosing the best options
  • Set 15-30 appointments per week (full-time) or 6-12 (part-time)
  • Complete electronic applications (general computer skills required)
  • Attend weekly team and national training calls
Requirements:
  • Positive attitude, coachable, team player, success-driven, self-starter
  • No experience required; passion to help people financially is essential
  • Business mindset with a desire to grow professionally and personally
  • Life and health insurance license or willingness to obtain one
  • Strong communication skills
  • US citizen or permanent resident
