Job description

We are hiring a Private Client Manager to drive the full lifecycle of life insurance business development and case advisory for Modern Life's platform. In this role, you'll build relationships with advisory firm principals, counsel their clients on life insurance solutions, and drive cases from initial design through in-force placement. You'll also develop the firm acquisition pipeline — identifying, educating, and onboarding new partners onto the platform.

You will collaborate closely with the CEO on early partnerships while building toward independent execution and a repeatable, scalable process. This role is for someone who combines deep life insurance expertise with a business development mindset. You will have real ownership and the space to shape how this function works — we’re looking for someone who brings both technical knowledge and commercial drive.
