What We Provide

Compensation
This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-only position.
Average sale on a starting contract: $600–$800
Full-time agents average 3–7 sales per week
Potential 5% raise every 2–3 months
No quotas
Part-time potential income: $40,000–$80,000+ in Year 1
Full-time potential income: $80,000–$300,000+ in Year 1
Agency Owners: $200,000–$500,000+ per year
Responsibilities
Connect with potential clients who have requested information via mail, online ads, or inbound calls
Schedule and conduct virtual or phone appointments to guide clients through coverage options
Assist clients in completing applications (often in 10 minutes or less, with instant decisions)
Manage time effectively:
5–10 hrs/week: client outreach & phone calls
10–20 hrs/week: appointments
5–10 hrs/week: administrative tasks & training
Skills & Qualifications
Self-motivated to work from home (part-time or full-time)
Driven, results-oriented, with high integrity and strong work ethic
Coachable, with a growth mindset and passion for personal development
