Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States
• A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for travel
• Willingness to obtain a life insurance license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
• Professional and respectful demeanor when interacting with clients in their homes
• Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently to meet goals
• A proactive and resilient approach to sales challenges

Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with seniors who have requested information about coverage
• Present life insurance solutions tailored to client needs
• Guide customers through the sales and enrollment process

• Participate in training, coaching, and weekly team development sessions
