Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding life insurance coverage, premiums, loans, policy administration, and account updates.

• Explain policy information, coverage details, and available administrative options clearly.
• Escalate complex matters to the appropriate internal team as needed.
• Verify caller information to ensure data is provided to the correct party.
