Job summary

Shuster Advisory Group, LLC's risk management division is seeking a Life Insurance and Annuity Case Manager. This administrative role supports new business, handling life, long-term care, disability, and annuity cases in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include marketplace analysis, new business processing, and ongoing policy servicing. Strong communication and MS Office skills are required; a life insurance license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years working in the insurance/financial services industry.
• Strong product knowledge of multiple life insurance carriers and products.
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze life insurance providers and products.
• Prepare client presentations.
• Design and implement case designs.
• Process applications and illustrations, ensuring completeness.
• Coordinate exams and medical records, and follow-ups.
• Review policies and collect initial premium.
• Prepare in-force policy reviews and manage ongoing servicing.
• Maintain client files and records per guidelines.
