Allen CW Group is seeking Licensed (Preferred) Life Insurance agents who want to own their career. We provide a turnkey system with a lead generation platform and mentoring to help you build a personal agency. You’ll protect families’ legacies with mortgage protection and life insurance while meeting clients virtually.

If you are new to sales, we train you; if you are not licensed, we help you get licensed. A family‑oriented culture supports growth and work‑life balance.

Qualifikationen

• Proven leadership/management experience in business development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong work ethic and integrity.
• License in Life and Health Insurance preferred (not required).

Aufgaben

• Help clients protect legacy and future through mortgage protection and life insurance.
• Acquire clients through a state‑of‑the‑art lead generation system; meet clients virtually.
• If not licensed, assist with obtaining licensure and provide sales training.
• Build relationships and grow your own client base with ongoing support and onboarding.
