High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Salespeople

We are a high-end insurance sales agency seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who do not require hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:
  • Agents who need to make money urgently due to desperation.
  • Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales.
  • Agents who require constant guidance and hand-holding.
  • Agents interested in selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month).
  • Uncoachable individuals with a large ego.
Who We ARE Looking For:
  • Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information.
  • Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month.
  • Self-driven agents willing to follow a proven system without needing motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.

Our operations are entirely virtual, utilizing telephone and Zoom meetings across the US.

Average agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premium sales.

We do not participate in lead assist programs, but we do offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.
