High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top-Tier Agents

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel at working independently and are committed to success.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need immediate financial gratification or are desperate for money.

• Agents who cannot invest in their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step of the process.

• Agents interested in selling low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

• Agents who are not coachable or possess a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively engage clients.

• Agents comfortable discussing high premium policies; our average client pays over $250/month.

• Self-motivated individuals ready to follow our proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as indexed universal life (IUL), infinite banking concept (IBC), and fixed indexed annuities (FIA).

We are NOT your traditional life insurance company focused on selling traditional life, final expense, or mortgage protection policies with low premiums.

All our sales are conducted virtually via phone or Zoom meetings across the US.

Average agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly in leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We do not participate in lead assistance programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.

We are looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
