High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top-Tier Agents

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel independently and are committed to success.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money, needing immediate financial relief.

• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads.

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

• Agents who are uncoachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information.

• Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies, with clients paying over $250/month.

• Agents ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We operate differently from traditional life insurance companies, focusing on high-value policies rather than low-premium products like final expense or mortgage protection. All our sales are conducted virtually via telephone or Zoom.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source. We are looking to expand our team of high-end agents.
