Wb Agency in Oxford, MS is seeking Life Insurance Agents who want a CAREER, not a JOB. You will be paid on results with no cap on income, and we provide coaching, training, and an in-house lead system so you don’t need cold calls or reliance on friends and family.

As an agent, you’ll obtain a state license with our help, join a daily 30-minute conference call, conduct in-person client visits, and work 40 hours per week or until the job is done.

Qualifications

• Coachable: Be willing to be trained in our proven platform of success.
• Preferred: A track record with a good work ethic list of responsibility
• Willing to put in the effort and time to self develop yourself

Responsibilities

• Obtain a state license- we will help you with how
• Once licensed: Be on a 30 minute conference call five days a week
• In Person Client visits
• Work 40 hours or until the job is done each week
