Wb Agency in Meridian, MS is expanding and seeks Life Insurance Agents who want a CAREER, not a job. You are paid on results with no cap on income, and you’ll work with our in-house lead system so there is no cold calling. We will teach, coach, and train you 100% to succeed.

Average first year income is $75k–$95k, with many agents earning well over $100k. This is a full-time role with hands-on training and clear opportunities for advancement through licensing and client visits.

Qualifications

• Willing to be trained in our proven platform of success.
• Prefer: track record with a good work ethic.
• Willing to put in the effort and time to self develop yourself.

Responsibilities

• Obtain a state license- we will help you with how
• Once licensed: Be on a 30 minute conference call five days a week
• In Person Client visits
• Work 40 hours or until the job is done each week
