The Position

Job Description

Start part-time, learn the system, and transition into full-time (30-40 hours/week) when you start making more money here in your part-time than your current full-time position. I have numerous examples of agents doing exactly that across the country, regardless of background. I was a former school teacher of 7 years. In my third week I made more in that week than I ever had in a month before, and quickly decided to move into a full-time role.

In the past 8 years I have now coached dozens of agents to multiple six-figure incomes, and I am looking for my next handful of new agents to mentor to do the same.

As a financial services agency, Ian Graham Agency, LLC offers mortgage protection, final expense, retirement solutions, college savings strategies, term and whole life insurance options, and debt elimination programs to American families. We provide the training, support, and 1-on-1 mentorship to our agents in this 100% remote role. Warm leads are available - there is NO COLD CALLING.

We provide all the back office support, processes, and technology. You bring the integrity, work ethic, and coachability.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation is 100% commission-based.

Responsibilities
  • Potential clients request information via forms, 1-800 calls, or social media ads.
  • Agents set appointments via Zoom or phone to assist clients, with many applications taking 10 minutes or less.
  • Match clients with suitable insurance solutions.
  • Full-time agents dedicate 5-10 hours on calls, 10-20 hours on appointments, and 5-10 hours on admin & training.
The Compensation
  • The average sale on a beginning contract pays between $600 - $800.
  • Full-time agents typically make 3-7 sales weekly.
  • Agents can earn a 5% raise every 2-3 months.
  • No quotas are required.
  • Compensation varies based on performance; ranges are averages for active agents.
