You'll leverage premium leads, an all-in-one sales system, and back-office support to manage client needs, submit applications, and build long-term relationships while enjoying flexible scheduling and growth opportunities within the agency.

Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance License or equivalent
• Background in life insurance sales, telesales, or financial services
• Strong communication, negotiation, and self-management skills
• Desire for high earning potential and agency ownership

Responsibilities

• Consult with warm, high-intent leads to assess coverage needs, present suitable insurance solutions, and submit applications.
• Follow up with clients, maintain policyholder records, and support underwriting and policy delivery.
• Assist in agency building through recruiting leads and mentoring new agents.
• Participate in ongoing product education, advanced sales strategy sessions, and leadership training.
