Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance License required.

Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition & Sales: Consult with warm, high-intent leads to assess coverage needs and submit applications.
• Pipeline & Relationship Management: Follow-ups, maintain policyholder records, and ensure underwriting smoothness.
• Agency Building (Optional/Growth Path): Use recruiting leads and recruitment system to hire, train, and mentor new agents for overrides.
• Continuous Development: Engage in product education, advanced sales strategy sessions, and leadership training.
