Are you ready to ignite your career in sales with passion and professionalism? We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team and promote our life insurance products. You will build client relationships, assess customer needs, and offer tailored insurance solutions. This role offers independence, client meetings in various settings, and opportunities to meet sales targets in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Use our platform to connect with qualified candidates interested in our insurance products, focusing on client interactions.
  • Client Consultation: Conduct needs assessments, explain insurance options, and help clients make informed decisions.
  • Sales Presentation: Present and tailor insurance product benefits to individuals and groups.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain long-term client relationships, conduct follow-ups, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Keep updated on industry trends and competitors to position our products effectively.
  • Sales Reporting: Record sales activities and report progress regularly.
  • Compliance: Follow all regulatory and company standards, maintaining confidentiality and ethics.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales, preferably in insurance or finance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

  • Willing to travel within the territory and flexible schedule.
  • Valid driver’s license and transportation.
