This is a 1099 independent contractor role with unlimited income potential, supported by training, mentorship, and proven sales systems.
As a Life Insurance Agent with Empower, you will help families secure financial protection through Final Expense, Term, Mortgage Protection, Whole Life, and Indexed Universal Life (IUL) products.

Key Responsibilities
- Help clients identify their life insurance needs and present tailored solutions
- Build long-term relationships by putting clients first and acting with integrity
- Participate in weekly team huddles and ongoing training sessions
- Maintain required state insurance licenses and comply with all industry regulations (AML, E&O, etc.)
- Optional) Recruit and mentor agents once experienced, earning overrides through mentorship
Qualifications
- Preferred: Active Life & Health Insurance license (we help motivated candidates get licensed)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial drive and a desire to help others
- Ability to work independently, stay consistent, and manage time effectively
- Sales, customer service, teaching, or entrepreneurial background a plus — but not required
