We at HEARTLAND FINANCIAL GROUP & THE DIVERSITY INSURANCE GROUP USA are seeking full-time and part-time Insurance Agents and this is a 1099 position. We are seeking motivated and organized Insurance Agents to join our company to work from home or in the field where they can build their book of business. You will utilize current leads and develop new leads to establish clients and provide the insurance products they need. We do not solicit clients. We only speak to people that have requested information. We offer a wide variety of insurance services, including : Life Insurance, Final Expense Insurance, Mortgage Protection, IUL'S, Annuities, Medicare, and Supplemental Products. Our goal is to find the best policies for each client. You will be responsible for keeping up with insurance trends and changes to the coverage offered by different insurance companies. We prefer candidates who have at least one year of experience in insurance or sales, but no experience is necessary.

Insurance Agent Duties, Responsibilities, Marketing, and Compensation

* We teach you how to generate your own leads, generate ads at your cost, have over 20 ads to pick from and a SPEAD DIALER

* Develop leads and schedule appointments with clients

* Determine the specific needs of particular clients by researching current coverage and available options

* Answer questions related to coverage and annual charges

* Help customers complete all paperwork properly

* Product and Sales training platform

* Obtain underwriting approval by completing the application for coverage

* CRM available for agents with AUTOMATIONS

* 100% - 150% compensation, renewals, and DAILY PAY
