Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Leverage our platform to target qualified candidates seeking our diverse life insurance products, allowing you to focus on client interactions.
- Client Consultation: Conduct needs assessments to understand clients’ financial goals and insurance needs, presenting life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions.
- Sales Presentation: Deliver sales presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring messages to address specific client concerns and preferences.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and service, with regular follow-ups for satisfaction and policy retention.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position our products effectively.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets; produce regular reports for management.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and maintain a flexible schedule.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field a plus.
- Life insurance license or ability to obtain one (license assistance provided).

Compensation
Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr. Additional compensation includes Annual Bonus and Commission. Bonuses are performance-based and paid monthly; residuals are paid on the anniversary date of the client’s sale.
