Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Leverage our platform to target qualified candidates seeking our diverse life insurance products, enabling you to focus more on client interactions.
• Client Consultation: Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients\' financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions.
• Sales Presentation: Deliver compelling sales presentations to individuals and groups, showcasing the benefits and features of our life insurance products. Tailor presentations to address specific client concerns and preferences.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and service. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and policy retention.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position our life insurance products effectively.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets; prepare regular reports for management review.
• Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining confidentiality of client information and upholding ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably within insurance or financial services.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
• Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one (we will assist in acquiring your license if not currently licensed).

Compensation

Base pay range: $85,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr. Additional compensation types include Annual Bonus and Commission. This range is provided by USA Life Insurance Group, LLC; your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. Bonuses are performance-based and paid monthly; residuals are paid on the anniversary date of the client\'s sale.
