Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Life Insurance Agent. The Life Insurance Agent will be responsible for selling final expense insurance over the phone, following up with clients, and overcoming objections. Daily tasks include mastering our sales process system, becoming a proficient closer, filling your client pipeline, and driving sales success. Agents will receive ongoing training and mentorship from industry leaders to continuously develop skills and achieve goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Insurance Sales, Insurance Brokerage, and understanding of Insurance products
• Background in Customer Service to effectively communicate and assist clients
• Knowledge in Finance for understanding the economic aspects of insurance policies
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Willingness to obtain an insurance license, if not already licensed
• Previous experience in phone-based sales is a plus
