Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Leverage our platform that targets qualified candidates seeking our diverse life insurance products, allowing you to focus on client interactions.
• Client Consultation: Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients\' financial goals and insurance needs, presenting life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions.
• Sales Presentation: Deliver captivating sales presentations to individuals and groups, showcasing the benefits and features of our life insurance products. Tailor presentations to address specific client concerns and preferences.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering continuous support and service. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and policy retention.
• Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions. Utilize this knowledge to position our life insurance products effectively and provide clients with pertinent information.
• Sales Reporting: Keep precise and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets. Prepare regular reports for management review.
• Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining confidentiality of client information and upholding ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one (we will assist you in acquiring your license if you are not currently licensed).

Compensation

Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Additional compensation: Annual Bonus and Commission. Bonuses are performance-based and paid monthly; residuals are paid on the anniversary date of the client's sale.
