Base pay range

$50,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr

What We Do:

• We train our agents to meet with clients virtually who request information about protecting their mortgage and family in the event of a death or disability.
• We have an abundance of exclusive, qualified direct mail leads available to all agents who wish to participate in our lead program. NO COLD CALLING.
• No limit on lead distribution or the number of appointments.
• We work with top-rated carriers offering Living Benefit protection, making it easier for our agents to close deals without pushy sales tactics. Our priority is to get new agents earning quickly.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older and a legal resident of the United States.
• You will need a state life insurance license. We assist in obtaining your license, which takes about 1-2 weeks if you are not licensed already.
• Have a clean criminal background (a background check with fingerprinting is required).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Commission levels vary between 70% - 140% of the annual premium per policy, based on activity and sales.
• The average commission per sale is $750, with an initial payout of $500-$600.
• Part-time agents (15 hrs/week) earn approximately $35,000-$50,000/year.
• Full-time agents (40 hrs/week) can earn $100,000-$250,000+ per year.
• Payments are made via direct deposit, with some policies issued in as little as 24 hours.
• Additional incentives include monthly bonuses, trips, business builder and equity bonus programs, carrier bonuses, and passive income through agent referrals.
