We sell simplified issue life insurance to homeowners concerned about making their mortgage payments if something happens to them (death, disability, etc.).

Additionally, we offer retirement income and savings strategies, as well as debt consolidation plans.

We work with clients who have requested information — no cold calling. The agent will call, qualify, and set up appointments (virtually as needed) to meet with clients over the phone or through Zoom and help them apply for insurance policies. This is a 100% commission-based (1099) position with uncapped income potential and bonuses.

Compensation

We provide training, support, and mentorship. Warm leads are available — no cold calls. Online training, events, and one-on-one mentorship are accessible.

The average commission per application is approximately $450-$600. Full-time agents typically process 5 or more applications weekly.

Part-time agents can earn around $30,000-$60,000+ in their first year, while full-time agents earn approximately $80,000-$190,000+ annually. Agency owners, who have been working for several years and are promoted every 2-3 months, can generate passive incomes of $200,000-$500,000+ per year. Results depend on attitude, effort, and skill.
