Horace Mann is hiring individuals to join our Worksite Division to sell supplemental benefit offerings to educators and community partners. You will become a licensed life and health insurance agent, work with experienced peers, and participate in hands-on training and mentorship to advance your career.

You will meet with schools and local organizations during normal business hours, manage lead follow-ups, and submit applications promptly while handling related administrative tasks.

• Licensed life and health insurance agent or ability to obtain license.
• Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with a focus on customer outcomes.
