Horace Mann is seeking self-motivated individuals to become licensed life and health insurance agents within our Wise Benefits Worksite division. You’ll set meetings with schools and community partners to present products and build relationships.

We provide leads, training, mentorship, and admin support. Work during normal business hours with no evenings, weekends, or holidays and enjoy the freedom to work independently with strong earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Become a licensed life and health insurance agent
• Work alongside top agents in a supportive, results-driven environment
• Participate in hands-on training and mentorship programs to grow your skills and advance your career
• Set meetings with schools, fire stations, municipalities, and more to present products
• Submit sales reports and applications in a timely manner
• Perform other follow-up and administrative tasks as needed
