Job summary

Geisinger in Danville, PA seeks a Certified Emergency Medical Technician to provide basic life support, assess patients, and operate ambulances under Pennsylvania EMS Act 37 and regional protocols.

You will document patient information, protect confidentiality, transport patients per policy, maintain a safe, clean environment, and uphold the organization’s values of kindness, excellence, learning, innovation and safety.

Job Duties
  • Examine and evaluate patients to determine necessary care.

  • Transport patients in accordance with outlined policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment for patients.
  • Operate and drive ambulance in conjunction with applicable safety policies and laws.
